The life story of his real estate professor inspired him to set a five-year plan. In his life story, his professor started off with several rental homes, then began his own brokerage, and several more businesses afterward. With this story as his inspiration, Brian graduated with his Finance degree with a minor in Real Estate. Brian decided to continue his education to become a better leader and businessperson which landed him at Oklahoma City University Meinders School of Business MBA program. Â
 Â
While in graduate school Brian refined his skills as a leader, teacher, entrepreneur, and businessperson. He competed with a team of graduate students to take third place in the state business plan competition, the Governor's Cup. In the competition he honed his skills in writing business plans, executing the business plan, and leadership in the real world.Â
Following Meinders he joined a regional automotive dealership group as the Real Estate Project Manager and Financial Analyst. While there he gained real-life experience in the real estate industry and also gained insight into how the sales business world works. With that experience, he decided to leave the group and start his own company Rose Rock Realty in Moore OK.
Brian lives with his wife, Sara, and two dogs, Holly and Mowgli, in the SW OKC area. They are expecting their first child, Samuel, very soon. Brian and his family attend Summit Church where they serve in the children's ministry and host for a weekly adult homegroup. Â
